The evaluation that give the FM9366-31HA is positive, and certainly I would recommend buying the lofts (even the smaller sail provided that at least a dozen times a year they are with sails of 45/50 "on the floor) because the relationship between quality and price is very favorable. the machine is solid and functional, easy to use (even for a beginner's sewing of sails), all controls are servo then works with his hands on sailing without any contortions and especially sewing everything ...... what a sewing speed has nothing to envy to medium machines. A tip: the long arm and raised, because they make a difference..

The primary need Olimpic Sails was to acquire a new heavy machine to perform essentially the finish of the sails, the stitching on the sails of the reinforcements and heavier corners of the sails. This operation was previously performed with a old Adler 166 or with a newer Adler 266 long arm, with thread 207 and needles 200. The average size of the sails that our company has produced over the past 10 years has been gradually increasing and one of the most frequent problems we had was that relating to the foot lift amount was often insufficient and limited space under the arm of the machine that made the job a little easier. The FM9366-31HA in fact has solved both problems: the foot lift is truly remarkable, and the space available to move the material under the arm of the machine allows a wide variety of processes. Although our structure is the usual thread 207 and needle 200, the machine works perfectly even with the thread and needle 138 160/180. It is therefore often used to sew with the three stich on big sails or any other working of Dacron sails and other heavy materials taffeta. The machine sews very well even when the foot does not adhere perfectly with the underlying material (in the finish is often the case) with other models, which often lead to a loss of points from the side where the foot does not endorse. Another advantage is that the basic mechanics is the same of Adler 266 and 366, widespread in the saillofts and therefore it is easier for those who have already worked with these models, adjustments and timing are the same. The cam changing from zigzag to three points is very fast. Custom accessories supplied by the company Ferrari Mario like puller belt, needle and hook cooling, push-button panels for the reverse, lift pullers, light, etc.. are very functional and especially robust, so that after one year nothing has broken or worn. Mind you after one year might seem normal but I assure you of other new machines that I was able to use these little accessories were the first to wear out or break. With regard to assistance, this memory machine remember to call Ferrari only once a year for a routine problem and honestly due to an incorrect action on the machine by one of our boys. Assistance is always very timely and valuable thing is that most of the time parts are available immediately as opposed to others who need them sorted. Since of Quantum years, Ferrari Mario have always taken care of our sewing machines in a very thorough and professional. They are always also proved sensitive to the needs of the customer, in all honesty in my case, not at all been easy. As the years that have passed have been providing sewing machines and replaced very efficient (not always effective immediately), but the best results have certainly achieved with the sale of their FM9366-31HA. A sewing machine with many advantages and great functionality. First of all it must be said that it is a machine that prevails said "excellent quality and price." The full-featured machine has certainly a great price with an excellent costruction. Very thick seams without any flexing such as corners of TP52, which were made with 6 reinforcements of dacron, 4 reinforcements of PURE 6 layers, and add the thickness of the 3DL sail and the thickness of the tapes in spectra, the machine sewing very easily. About needles brocken, 90% was human error or because the needle slipping through a hole that already exists. But the most amazing thing about this machine is the wide range of applications that gives. In fact not only can be used, as it is right to think, given the large size and power that emanates only look at it for very thick sails with thread V200 and V138, but can also be used for thread V92 and V69. The machine sews very well on 3 layers as a leech, luff tape and foot as well, and stitching on the seams on 2 layers cloth. The last point is very important: in case of out of timing is very easy. You no longer need to call Ferrari ....... results in a very short time without waste of money and especially time.
